Refund Policy

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and watch for your perishable shipment to arrive.

We are not able to refund or replace any perishables for any reason. 

We will notify you once your delivery is sent from our facility. Please note that mail carriers are experiencing delays in their processing times. It is advised to choose overnight or express shipping when possible to ensure your package arrives in a timely fashion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
